Hello, wonderful SCIENCE! backers,
Recently you may have become aware of certain events surrounding our publisher Bedside Press that have led to the company shutting down. So, what does that mean for the future of SCIENCE?
1) First off, in an effort to support survivors and promote anti-sexual violence, all the profits from every copy of SCIENCE! sold on my website for the next 7 days will be donated to RAINN, the nation’s largest anti-sexual violence organization. If you'd like a second copy of our book and would like to support a good cause, please pick up a copy this week here.
2) SCIENCE! will still be releasing this December in comic stores and will be available on Amazon until the initial print run is gone. After that, we will be looking for a new publisher for future volumes of SCIENCE!.
In other news, if you are still waiting on replacement copies of the book that were damaged in shipping by our publisher, those copies will be mailed out this week. All books have already been delivered in the US. Don't forget -- If you have any other issues with your rewards please e-mail: [email protected].
Finally, we wanted to let you know that our next Kickstarter will kick off in LATE JANUARY 2020. A certain jetpack girl will be returning for her second adventure, and we can't wait for you to see the story we've cooked up. Here's a sneak peek.

SCIENCE! HAS FINISHED SHIPPING!
In the official and immortal words of our publisher (Bedside Press):
“As of today all of the shipping has been completed.”
We are presently updating BackerKit to notify everyone that their rewards have gone out! Just a gentle reminder that about 50 Backers never filled out their BackerKit surveys. If the survey wasn’t filled out then our team didn’t have the requisite information to ship your rewards to you.

Hello Sweet SCIENCE! Backers,
SCIENCE! HAS STARTED SHIPPING!
Our publisher (Bedside Press), is handling fulfillment of this Kickstarter campaign, as we’ve mentioned, and happily for all of us they began shipping last week!
According to them: “First 100 packages have been shipped out, 450 left to go.”
As a reminder:
The DEADLINE for filling out surveys has PAST. If you haven’t filled yours out yet, go ahead and fill it out now, but shipping will proceed by the order in which surveys were submitted.
ADDED BONUS: SCIENCE! is coming to LOS ANGELES COMIC CON!
We’ve had several panels approved this year including one specifically about the creation of SCIENCE! (“How to Write SciFi: Fiction Based on real Science”), and one about the mystery of crowdfunding comics (“Indie Comic Secrets: How to Run a Successful Kickstarter”). We would absolutely love to see you in Los Angeles!
Now that we are entering the final phases of SCIENCE! we are even more appreciative of your awesomeness and bravery in supporting this graphic novel of ours!
